Here are the Steps

1. Request a Space & Create a CONNECT Event

First, you need a space to host your event. If you want an on-campus event, you can request a space practically anywhere. Click here to see all potential on-campus spaces.

Are you already planning for the next academic year and want a MSC or Price Commons Space? You can use the Priority Intake Process to get your student organization on the list of popular event spaces. (This form is only open from Sept 16th through Sept 30th).

While you request a space and await confirmation, you can post your event on CONNECT for staff review and approval. Need to know how to complete a CONNECT Event form? Click here for instructions

Once you've submitted the CONNECT event, you'll to taken to the Event Registration Form

2. Complete the Event Registration Form

Tell our Professional Staff a little more about your event and what you may need. Questions such as "Will food be available?" and "Do you plan to travel?" will be asked.

Once you've finished this form, you're ready for the next step.

3. Wait for the Approval

With both forms completed, your event will be sent to the Involvement Center for review and approvals. If there are any questions or issues, we will notify you with a CONNECT Message.

Once it's approved on CONNECT, it will be visible for everyone you want to see and you are set to advertise it!
