Academic buildings and classrooms give first priority to courses and academic events. Because of this, student organization requests will not be considered until the first week of the semester.
Once the reservation request is received, you will receive a confirmation in your email. However, if the request cannot be confirmed, you'll receive an email with another room option that matches your needs.
Academic Buildings have set hours that they are open. You can view the academic buildings hours here.
If you'd like to use an academic building space outside of open hours or on the weekends, you can complete the After-Hours Request Form. You can find that form here.
