Reserve Space

  • Academic Classrooms

    Student organizations can reserve a number of classrooms within the academic buildings on campus. These reservations cannot be made by the Memorial Student Center Conferences & Events Staff.

    Email to make your reservation. If your event is after hours during a weeknight or anytime during a weekend, you must submit an After-Hours Building Opening Request.

  • Library Spaces

    Student organizations can reserve a number of spaces in the Library for both events and meetings. Popular spaces include the 1st floor video game lab, 2nd floor open space, 2nd floor comics area, Room 211, 3rd floor open area, and Room 430E.

  • Sports and Fitness Center

    Student organizations may reserve space such as the Johnson Fieldhouse, Multipurpose Room, West Gym and outdoors fields.

    Sports clubs contact to make reservations. All other orgs email Erik Johnson.

  • Memorial Student Center and Price Commons, Rooms and Tables

    Both Student Centers have a variety of meeting rooms and large spaces for student organizations to reserve.

    For recurring meetings that will happen either weekly or biweekly, complete the blanket reservation request form located in Involvement's surveys and forms.

  • Outdoor Spaces and Chalking Sites

    Outdoor spaces include the Amphitheater, South Lawn, MSC Front Plaza, Commons Mall Plaza and Clock Tower Plaza

    If you want to chalk on campus to promote an event, you must make a reservation.
