To Reserve Space
We have three ways that student organizations can book space with us for one-time reservations. For recurring meetings, orgs must submit a blanket reservation request.
The Conferences & Events Office within the MSC reserves the following spaces. Download our helpful tip sheet for making reservations within these spaces.

Blanket reservations are for orgs wishing to reserve the same day, time and day for your recurring student org meetings each semester.
Requests for the fall begin in April. Requests for the spring begin in November. All recurring meetings reservations must be made via a blanket reservation request.
Student organizations can also reserve a number of classrooms within the academic buildings on campus. These reservations cannot be made by the Memorial Student Center Conferences & Events Staff.
Student organizations may also reserve space such as the Johnson Fieldhouse, Multipurpose Room, West Gym and outdoors fields.
