UW-Stout University Housing hires a team of graduate coordinators as an integral role to day-to-day operations within our department. Hall Coordinators are live-in graduate students who oversee residence life operations within an assigned hall. Operations Coordinators are graduate students who oversee daily departmental operations. 2026-2027 stipend of $21,000 (for a first-year graduate student if working all available summer hours)

Position Availability
We are currently hiring for the Graduate Operations Coordinator role for the 2026-2027 academic year. We don't currently anticipate a Graduate Hall Coordinator opening.
Applicant Qualifications
Enrolled or accepted as a student in a graduate program for the 2026-2027 Academic Year. Experience working in campus housing preferred.
