Graduate Hall Coordinators

The Hall Coordinator (HC) specializes in managing the daily operations of a residence hall. They are expected to be visible to residential students, engage in personal interactions with them, and provide leadership and mentoring. HCs supervise Resident Advisors, report to a live-in masters-level Residence Life Coordinator, and work 20 hours per week during the academic year, including some evenings and weekends.

The Operations Coordinator is a specialized graduate coordinator position working directly in the University Housing main office.  The Graduate Operations Coordinator directly supervises the new Operations Manager positions supervising the individual residence hall front desks operations as well as the main office mail and packages operation. The Operations Coordinator reports to the Coordinator for Incoming Contracts and Marketing and works 20 hours per week during the academic year, including some evenings and weekends.

2024-2025 stipend of $21,000 (for a first-year graduate student if working all available summer hours)

Applicant Qualifications
Enrolled or accepted as a student in a graduate program for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Experience working in campus housing preferred.
