I am incredibly grateful for my time as an Operations Coordinator with University Housing. This role has provided valuable opportunities for me to develop and apply a wide variety of skills, including leadership, conflict management, and communication - all of which will be highly beneficial in my career post-graduation as a marriage and family therapist.

My experience as a Hall Coordinator at UW-Stout has been transformative. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with professional staff members, observe student conduct cases, discover my supervision style, and plan events for my residence hall. The most rewarding part of the Hall Coordinator position is supervising the student staff members and watching them grow throughout the year. This position has inspired me to pursue the field of student affairs post-graduation!
