What to Do Before You Leave for Winter Break

As the semester wraps up, make sure to do the following to prepare your org for spring:
  • Pick up any mail or packages for your org at the Involvement Center front desk. If you aren't sure if you have mail, stop by the desk to check.
  • Update who has access to your org's uwstout.edu email. Remove anyone who is no longer an officer, and make sure to add anyone who will need access in spring. For instructions on how to do this, go here: https://kb.uwstout.edu/52300
  • Make your room reservations for spring for any meetings or events you plan to have. For space options and how to reserve each space on-campus, go here: https://connect.uwstout.edu/involvement/reserve-space-2024/
  • If you are electing new officers to start in spring, check out this guide on how to help prepare incoming officers: https://connect.uwstout.edu/involvement/officer-transition-2024/
