Contract Reminder

If you plan to host a contracted performer/speaker, the Student Org Contract (SSA Funded) form needs to be submitted 4 weeks in advance.

This is a time sensitive process and if you find your event is less than 4 weeks away, contact Heidi Germain. Orgs will not receive any reimbursement if the form is completed after the event.

As a reminder, payment to performers/speakers cannot begin until all paperwork has been completed and returned.

Payments will be mailed via a University check after the event.

Thank you to all org leaders who joined us at the Leadership Summit! We enjoyed connecting with you all!  If you have follow up questions for a presenter, please don't hesitate to reach out to one of our staff members!

Connect with our Team

One feature new this year to CONNECT is the addition of chat channels! In order to create a new chat channel, click on your student organization's group page (not the page you manage the organization from) and on the top right click on the three dots.  On the dropdown menu, there will be the option to create a channel.

These channels can be used for chatting with other members, discussing topics, or anything you can come up with!

To learn more about how to set up a chat channel and other key officer tips for managing your page, take a listen.
