  • What is Recruitment?

Recruitment, often called rush, is the process where fraternities and sororities host events to meet potential new members (PNMs) and share more about their organizations. During recruitment, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about each group, their values, and their campus involvement. At the end of the process, some organizations may extend a bid, which is an official invitation to join. It’s important to know that not everyone will receive a bid, and that’s completely normal. Recruitment is about finding the organization where you feel the best fit.
