Spring Blanket Room Reservations

Blanket reservation requests for Spring Semester 2025 will be opening on Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Blanket reservations are for student organization’s weekly/reoccurring meetings that reserve the same time and day weekly or biweekly for Spring Semester 2025 (January 27, 2025 – May 9, 2025). To submit a request for your organization, fill out this form on Connect: https://cglink.me/2db/s95117.

NOTE: The Blanket Reservation Request is only for reserving meeting rooms in the Student Centers (Memorial Student Center and Merle Price Commons). For other spaces on-campus, go to this webpage to find  contact information: https://connect.uwstout.edu/involvement/reserve-space-2024/

  • Blanket Reservation Requests will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis only.
  • Blanket Reservation Requests will only be accepted from one authorized representative from each student organization.
  • Student organizations are only allowed a maximum of two blanket reservations per organization per semester.

SSA Annual Budget Requests Open Soon

The SSA annual budget request process will be opening soon. You can find online resources regarding funding, purchasing, and reimbursements for your org here: https://connect.uwstout.edu/involvement/student-org-money-matters/. 

Points Competition and Badging Information

Be rewarded for your involvement. The Involvement Center has a new online resource for the student org points competition. This page has a direct link to the leaderboard and how you can earn points each semester. You can also find more information on the badges you can win and additional awards for your officers and members.
