Change to Student Org Payments and Reimbursements

Payments and reimbursements are now processed from a central location. If you request a reimbursement and are a student employee on campus, your reimbursement will go to your direct deposit account. If you are not a student employee, a check will be mailed to you.

Please note that checks will not come from UW-Stout, they will be processed at a central location and will have the Universities of Wisconsin logo.

Backyard Bash Registration Open Now

The sign-up form to table at Backyard Bash is open here: https://cglink.me/2db/s95355.

All groups wanting to table must complete the form by August 28th. 

Backyard Bash will be Tuesday, September 2nd from 5-7PM. Org check-in will be from 2:30-4:45PM at the Involvement Center where you will receive your table number.

All registered groups will be provided one table. You must provide your own chairs. Anything you are tabling with must fit on or behind your table. Power is not provided. 

Paperless Statements for Off-Campus Bank Accounts

If your org has an off-campus bank account and you receive paper statements in the mail, consider updating your account to receive paperless digital statements to your org's UW-Stout email. Instructions to do this can be found with your bank.

Fall Student Org Points Competition Open

The student org points competition has been updated for fall and you can now start earning points to get on the leaderboard.

Add Your Org Events to CONNECT

The 2025-2026 event approval form is now live. Orgs can now start uploading their events and meetings into CONNECT. If you need help creating an event in CONNECT, contact involvement@uwstout.edu

Prepare for Org Re-Registration

Org re-registration is open from September 1st- September 30th. All orgs must complete this process by September 30th or your org will be deactivated. 

Start preparing now to make your re-registration easier:

  • Update your officer list on your CONNECT group. Remove anyone who is no longer an officer. Add any missing officers and make sure everyone has the correct position listed.
  • Update your org's constitution. Constitutions must be updated every two years, and your constitution will need to be from 2023 or sooner.
  • RSVP to the Fall Leadership Summit Officer Training. All orgs must have at least one officer attend the training on September 15th from 6-9PM as part of re-registration.
