Leaderboard Rankings as of 5/5

On the leaderboard, you can sort by category to see how you compete with similiar type and sized orgs. All orgs can reach gold status by earning 800 points.

2025 Homecoming Theme

Blue Devil Productions is excited to announce the Homecoming 2025 theme: WAY STOUT WEST! Get ready for a week of country-western themed events, prizes, and parade floats. More details on events, registration, and ways to get involved will be coming soon. Until then, grab your hats and hold onto your horses — Homecoming 2025 is going to be a rootin’-tootin’ good time!

End of Semester To-Dos

Before you leave for summmer, make sure to do the following for your org:

  • Pick up any mail or packages for your org at the Involvement Center front desk. If you aren't sure if you have mail, stop by the desk to check. 
  • Update who has access to your org's uwstout.edu email. Remove anyone who is no longer an officer, and make sure to add anyone who will need access in spring. For instructions on how to do this, go here: https://kb.uwstout.edu/52300. 
  • If you are electing new officers, check out this guide on how to help prepare incoming officers: https://connect.uwstout.edu/involvement/officer-transition-2024/
  • If you have a storage locker in the Involvement Center, go through what is in the locker and throw out any trash or perishable items.

Reimbursements Deadline 5/21

If you made a purchase for your student org and need to be reimbursed, the last day to request a reimbursement is May 21, 2025. Please submit your reimbursement request in Connect prior to May 21st.

Fall 2025 Blanket Reservations in the MSC/Price Commons Now Open

Blanket reservation requests for Fall Semester 2025 are now open on CONNECT here: https://cglink.me/2db/s95248. Blanket reservations are for student organization’s weekly/reoccurring meetings that reserve the same time and day weekly or biweekly for Fall Semester 2025 (September 3, 2025 – December 11, 2025). 

NOTE: The Blanket Reservation Request is only for reserving meeting rooms in the Student Centers (Memorial Student Center and Merle Price Commons). 

  • Blanket Reservation Requests will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis only.
  • Blanket Reservation Requests will only be accepted from one authorized representative from each student organization.
  • Student organizations are only allowed a maximum of two blanket reservations per organization per semester.
