A job offer is more than just a salary - never accept an offer on the spot!

Take time to consider the whole package: paid time off, retirement plan, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, health/fitness programs, life insurance, work from home, etc. Employers won't be surprised if you have questions, so reach out and ask! Also, most employers will not make the first offer the best offer. Companies are expecting potential employees to negotiate. However, some won't have the flexibility to negotiate, so be prepared for either situation. To make an informed decision, know your worth as an employee and figure out your monthly budget.
