Fall Leadership Summit Registration Open

All orgs must send at least one officer to the Fall Leadership Summit on Monday, September 16th from 6-9PM in the MSC Great Hall. Register and see the schedule here.

Org Re-Registration Opens 9/1

Org re-registration opens on September 1st. You must have at least four officers, an advisor, and an updated constitution from 2022 or sooner to complete the form. You must send at least one officer to the Fall Leadership Summit, and all officers and advisors must complete the officer/advisor agreement form. Org re-registration must be completed by September 30th or your org will be deactivated. 

Backyard Bash Registration is Open

The 2024 Backyard Bash will be Tuesday, September 3rd from 5-7PM on the South Lawn outside the MSC. To participate, your org must sign up for a table here. Once you are registered your org will be made a cohost of Involvement's CONNECT event. Please DO NOT make your own Backyard Bash event as it will be denied in the event approval process.

If your org has SSA funds for Backyard Bash please start making purchases now so that they arrive in time. You must submit payment requests within two weeks of purchase to be reimbursed. You must also complete the 24/25 Attend to Spend Training here.

Org Impact Reports Being Emailed Out

The Involvement Center will be sending out impact reports to each org's officers and advisors. This report takes the data from your CONNECT group and shows the impact you had on Stout's campus and students.

Your report reflects what is in your CONNECT group. Make sure to be putting all of your org's events in CONNECT and to be keeping your member list up-to-date.
