Fall Blanket Reservations Open

Blanket reservation requests for Fall Semester 2024 are open. Blanket reservations are for student organization’s weekly/reoccurring meetings that reserve the same time and day weekly or biweekly for Fall Semester 2024 (September 4, 2024 – December 13, 2024). To submit a request for your organization, fill out this form on Connect: https://cglink.me/2db/s94857.

NOTE: The Blanket Reservation Request is only for reserving meeting rooms in the Student Centers (Memorial Student Center and Merle Price Commons). If you would like to reserve a classroom space in one of the academic buildings on campus for your organization's meetings, please e-mail classrooms@uwstout.edu. Please include your name and contact info, organization name, dates needed, meeting start and end times and number of attendees in your requests.

  • Blanket Reservation Requests will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis only.
  • Blanket Reservation Requests will only be accepted from one authorized representative from each student organization.
  • Student organizations are only allowed a maximum of two blanket reservations per organization per semester.

Org Photos Wanted

The Involvement Center is in the process of updating our marketing, website, and social media and we want to highlight YOU! We want to show off all the great work the student orgs have been doing this past year and have relevant imagery for current and prospective students to see. If you have any photos/videos of your student org events, meetings, or members, we would love to add them to our library to potentially be featured in our new marketing materials. To submit, please upload them to this Connect form or email them to Olivia Williams at williamso@uwstout.edu.

Summer 2024- Spring 2025 Events in CONNECT

For those submitting events to CONNECT for event approval, please wait to submit any events that will be happening after May 8th. CONNECT can only have one event approval form active at a time. The new form for summer 2024 to spring 2025 events will be active starting May 8th. The summer is a great time to submit events to CONNECT so that incoming students at FYRO can see what orgs will be doing in September.

Survey for Org Officers and Advisors

The Involvement Center will be sending out a survey to both org officers and advisors asking for feedback on your experiences. These will be short five minute surveys that will be easy to complete. Advisors and student officers will each get a separate survey asking about ways to make your experience working with student orgs better.
