Student Org Leaderboard
The Fall 2025 Points Competition has started! Start earning points for your org to get on the leaderboard each week. Bonus points are hidden in each LOOP email.
Make sure to check your org's CONNECT group to see if any officers or advisors are missing. Anyone with officer access can re-add any missing officers. If you need help adding officers, email involvement@uwstout.edu.
Meal Pack-A-Thon, October 1st: Earn 25 Points Per Attendee For Your Org
Join the Involvement Center and Menomonie Rotary as we pack meals to fight childhood hunger within our community and throughout the world! Sign-up is open to individual students/staff or student organization groups. Packing sessions are an hour long and run from 1:25pm-2:25pm, 2:30pm-3:30pm, 3:35pm-4:35pm, 4:40pm-5:40pm. There are also volunteer shifts available for set-up and cleanup.
Individuals wishing to register for more than one timeslot must select the number of timeslots they'd like in the quantity field before registering. You'll then be prompted to select a timeslot for each ticket.
If you wish to register as a group, each member of your group must reserve their own ticket and be sure to pick the same timeslot. Space is limited in each session, so we suggest that your group registers early as we are unable to hold spaces. Groups should only register for one timeslot to provide opportunities for other students and groups.
Student Life Services will host a Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Training Workshop from on Wednesday, October 1 from 10am - noon (Oakwood, MSC).
QPR is an emergency response protocol for someone who is in a suicidal crisis. The training identifies the warning signs, clues and suicidal communication of people in trouble and provides the skills to act to prevent a possible tragedy. This session is specifically for students. Register here to attend.
Round up your members and ride into Way Stout West Homecoming by signing up for the Spirit Award. You can sign up as a team with your student org or just as a group of four or more UW-Stout students. Events you can choose to participate in include Banner Competition, Food Drive Battle, Soapbox Derby, Lip Sync Battle, and Chalking Competition. Make sure to check out the Rules Packet for more information and register your team HERE.

Part of the requirements are to let student organization leaders know what constitutes hazing and where to report.

Update Your Org Email Access
