New Process for Agency and Foundation Account Withdrawals

Announcing a new online form for requesting payments from Agency or Foundation Accounts! Get a check ordered without walking to the business office or routing through a system your advisor may not know.

  1. Complete the form with your advisor’s name and it will be routed automatically for his/her approval.
  2. Select Agency or Foundation and it will then get routed to the proper account.  Your org must have an agency or foundation account for this to work.  Find out more about setting one up here.
  3. You need the same items as before:
    1. Purpose of the payment
    2. Amount of payment
    3. Who to make the payment to
    4. Receipt

We will be hosting a training on Wednesday, March 20th for your advisor to introduce them to the process.  You are also welcome to attend if you’d like a walk through.

NOTE: For requesting the use of SSA funds you still need to request them within your funded event as always.

Org Photos Wanted

The Involvement Center is in the process of updating our marketing, website, and social media and we want to highlight YOU! We want to show off all the great work the student orgs have been doing this past year and have relevant imagery for current and prospective students to see. If you have any photos/videos of your student org events, meetings, or members, we would love to add them to our library to potentially be featured in our new marketing materials. To submit, please upload them to this Connect form or email them to Olivia Williams at williamso@uwstout.edu.

Volunteers Wanted

Wellness Fair
Volunteers are needed for the Wellness Fair on Wednesday, April 3 from 8am to 3pm. To volunteer at the fair, complete the CONNECT registration link: https://cglink.me/2db/s94793. For more information email Mackenzie Stutzman at stutzmanm@uwstout.edu

Sexual Violence Prevention Month
The UW Stout Sexual Violence Coalition is looking forward to sponsoring a number of events on campus for Sexual Violence Prevention Month in April. If your organization would like to host a table to promote this important month, they have information and supplies for you. They are also looking for organizations that would like to help with our activities on campus. If you are interested, please reach out to Kat Brogran katb@thebridgetohope.org or Lisa Raethke raethkel@uwstout.edu

Org Locker Storage

If your org has a storage locker in the Involvement Center, make sure to be going through your locker periodically. This is a great time to throw out any trash or donate any useable items you no longer need. Food, perishable items, and cash should not be stored in lockers.

If your org no longer needs your locker, please email Nicole Eastman-Frazier at eastmanni@uwstout.edu so that other orgs on the wait list can be given a locker.
