Join us in supporting our local community by raking leaves. This is a great way for your org members to volunteer together. Check-in will begin at 12pm in the Involvement Center with the bus departing at 12:20pm. Please plan to attend the entirety of the event.
Registration must be received by 9am on November 2nd to participate.
Do you want to win prizes and bragging rights for your student org? The University Library, in collaboration with the Involvement Center, is hosting the ninth annual Halloween Window Decorating Contest.ÔÇ» This is a great way to promote your student organization to the campus community and maybe even add some new members!
Painting will take place between now and October 29th. Then, on October 31st, judges will award prizes like a pizza party or vinyl banner to the windows voted “Best Decorated Window,” “Spookiest Theme,” and “Best Org Spirit.” We provide the paint and brushes – you just bring the creativity!
Email Librarian Tanya Gunkel at gunkelta@uwstout.edu to sign up for a window no later than Monday, October 24th. She will then send details like the size of the window, painting details, etc.
Org Advisor Roundtable: Funding and Budgeting
There will be an advisor roundtable today, October 19th from 12:20-1:10PM in the MSC Northwoods room. This roundtable is for advisors and will cover supporting your org leaders in the annual budget process and contigency funding. Questions or need to attend virtually? Email Nicole Eastman-Frazier.
How to Leave A Group or Unsubscribe
Want to leave a group you're a member of on CONNECT? You can do so by going to the group page, clicking the three dots on the top right, and then clicking leave group.
If you want to stay a member of a group, but unsubscribe from emails, you can click the more tab on the group page and then click my membership. This will bring up your membership settings where you can click unsubscribe from emails.
