Student Org Leaderboard

The Fall 2025 Points Competition has started! Start earning points for your org to get on the leaderboard each week. Bonus points are hidden in each LOOP email.

How to Compete in the Fall Org Points Competition

Org Re-Registration Now Open

Org re-registration is open now through September 30th. All orgs must complete this process by September 30th or your org will be deactivated. 

The re-registration form is located on each group's CONNECT dashboard. In addition to the form, make sure to do the following:

  • Update your officer list on your CONNECT group. Remove anyone who is no longer an officer. Add any missing officers and make sure everyone has the correct position listed.
  • Update your org's constitution. Constitutions must be updated every two years, and your constitution will need to be from 2023 or sooner.
  • RSVP to the Fall Leadership Summit Officer Training. All orgs must have at least one officer attend the training on September 15th from 6-9PM as part of re-registration.

Homecoming Team Sign Up OPEN NOW

Round up your members and ride into Way Stout West Homecoming by signing up for the Spirit Award. You can sign up as a team with your student org or just as a group of four or more UW-Stout students. Events you can choose to participate in include Banner Competition, Food Drive Battle, Soapbox Derby, Lip Sync Battle, and Chalking Competition. Make sure to check out the Rules Packet for more information and register your team HERE.

Back Yard Bash and Homecoming Parade Funding Available:

Org leaders, if your previous e-board didn’t apply for BYB or Homecoming Parade funding SSA Financial Affairs has a special form for you to fill out so that you can quickly apply without attending a hearing! You can get up to $150 for each event by completing this application by September 30th.
