Apply to be a WOO Leader for Orientation
We're looking for enthusiastic, approachable, and Stout Proud students who enjoy helping others and creating a welcoming environment for incoming students. WOO Leaders serve as mentors and guides during Week One Orientation by leading small groups, facilitating activities, answering questions, and encouraging new students to engage in events and build connections across campus.
This is a short-term, paid employment opportunity with training provided. Leaders earn $9.50/hour, receive free WOO t-shirts, and lunch is provided during training and full workdays. Not only do WOO Leaders get to take pride in helping new students get to know campus life, it’s a great way for current students to build leadership skills and add to their resume as well.
Linkto position description and application. Contact Hanahh Eggum with questions.
Submit Your 2026-2027 Events
The event registration form for the 2026-2027 year is now live. All orgs can start uploading your events to CONNECT to be approved. Once approved, you will be able to submit your Campus Life Today, digital signage, and free poster printing requests.
Submit your fall events now so incoming students can see them during orientation!
The student org re-registration process will be open from September 1st- September 30th. Start preparing now by doing the following over summer:
Update your officers on CONNECT. Remove anyone not returning in fall, and make sure to add any new officers.
Review and update your org's constitution. All orgs will need to upload their constitution that has been updated since 2024 or sooner as part of the re-registration form.
At least one officer from each org must attend the Fall Leadership Summit on Monday, September 14th at 4:30PM in the MSC Great Hall.
Blanket reservation requests for Fall Semester 2026 are now open. Blanket reservations are for student organization’s weekly/reoccurring meetings that reserve the same time and day weekly or biweekly for Fall Semester 2026 (September 2, 2026 – December 11, 2026). To submit a request for your organization, fill out this form on Connect: https://cglink.me/2db/s95702.

Please include your name and contact info, organization name, dates needed, meeting start and end times and number of attendees in your requests.
Blanket Reservation Requests will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis only.
