Spring Blanket Reservations Open 11/1
Blanket reservation requests for Spring Semester 2024 will be opening on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. Blanket reservations are for student organization’s weekly/reoccurring meetings that reserve the same time and day weekly or biweekly for Spring Semester 2024 (January 22, 2024 – May 1, 2024). To submit a request for your organization, fill out this form on Connect: https://cglink.me/2db/s94135.
NOTE: The Blanket Reservation Request is only for reserving meeting rooms in the Student Centers (Memorial Student Center and Merle Price Commons). If you would like to reserve a classroom space in one of the academic buildings on campus for your organization's meetings, please e-mail classrooms@uwstout.edu. Please include your name and contact info, organization name, dates needed, meeting start and end times and number of attendees in your requests.
Blanket Reservation Requests will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis only.
Blanket Reservation Requests will only be accepted from one authorized representative from each student organization.
Student organizations are only allowed a maximum of two blanket reservations per organization per semester.

New Reservation Form for Events in MSC/Price Commons
The Student Centers are now accepting event reservation requests for the 2024-2025 academic year. Requests may be submitted for any events that will occur between September 1, 2024-August 31, 2025. The Priority Intake Booking Window is open until November 1, 2023. The reservation intake form and additional information is found on the C&E website: https://liveuwstout.sharepoint.com/sites/2022/030/SitePages/Reservations-Process.aspx
Requests will still be accepted after the Priority Intake Booking Window closes, but will be subject to availability.
Join us to make new friends and support our local community by raking leaves. Check-in will begin at 12pm in the Involvement Center. Please arrive by 12:15pm or notify the event leads if you are arriving late!
Join us at the UW-Sprout Campus Garden Wednesday, October 25th, anytime from 3 to 5pm, and help us prepare the garden for winter by weeding, planting, and cleaning! We will provide hot chocolate, apple cider, snacks, and some jammin' tunes!
The Dunn County Historical Society is looking for student org volunteers at their event Treats on the Trail. Volunteers will need to show up at 12:15PM on Oct. 28th at the Lions club trail in Wakanda Park (rainsite: Rassbach Museum in Wakanda Park). Volunteers will be given candy to hand out to the kids who are walking the trail from 1-3PM. Volunteers are encouraged to dress up in fun Halloween costumes/hats/etc. - appropriate for a family audience)
