This is a webinar presented by guest speaker Dr. James McGhee. There will also be a viewing room in the MSC Willow/Walnut room if you'd like to watch in-person with others, including Involvement Center professional staff who can discuss questions you have after.

In an increasingly complex legal environment, assessment of risk in campus life poses significant challenges for Student Affairs professionals. Striking a balance between student engagement, institutional protection, and adherence to a myriad of requirements – including local, state, and federal laws, as well as industry standards and best practices – can be daunting. Many professionals find themselves feeling overwhelmed.

Presenter Dr. James McGhee will provide this vital resource for professionals grappling with the complexities of legal compliance in campus life. Regardless of experience level, participants will gain valuable insights into evaluating and refining their risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
