Start Advertising Your Spring Events
Get a jump start on your org's spring events and meetings. Once you've submitted your event request on CONNECT and it's approved, you can do the following below.

SSA Annual Budget Requests Open Until 2/3
Annual budget requests for student orgs open are open until February 3rd. The request form can be found on each org's CONNECT group by going to the money tab, then budgeting.
Student org officer training. Those wanting to start a new org are encouraged to attend.

If your org has an off-campus bank account and receives paper statements in the mail, consider switching to e-statements delivered to your org's email. Information on how to do this can be found on your bank or credit union's website.
Spring Blanket Room Reservations
Blanket reservation requests for Spring Semester 2026 are now open. Blanket reservations are for student organization’s weekly/reoccurring meetings that reserve the same time and day weekly or biweekly for Spring Semester 2026 (January 26, 2026 – May 8, 2026). To submit a request for your organization, fill out this form on Connect: https://cglink.me/2db/s95529.
NOTE: The Blanket Reservation Request is only for reserving meeting rooms in the Student Centers (Memorial Student Center and Merle Price Commons). If you would like to reserve a classroom space in one of the academic buildings on campus for your organization's meetings, please e-mail classrooms@uwstout.edu. Please include your name and contact info, organization name, dates needed, meeting start and end times and number of attendees in your requests.
Blanket Reservation Requests will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis only.
Blanket Reservation Requests will only be accepted from one authorized representative from each student organization.
Student organizations are only allowed a maximum of two blanket reservations per organization per semester.

Your group must sign up by Tuesday, 1/27 to participate. Space is limited and will be assigned in order of submissions received. No late requests to table will be accepted.
The event is on Thursday, 1/29 from 4:30-6:30pm. Check-in will be from 3-4:15pm outside the MSC Great Hall where you will receive your table number.
