Join us for our annual Fall Yard Cleanup event! Come make new friends and support our local Menomonie community by raking leaves. Sign up for a session or two as your schedule allows. Sessions will run from 12:00-1:30pm, 1:00-2:30pm, 2:00-3:30pm, and 3:00-3:25pm. You will be shuttled to and from the location you are working at. Check-in will begin in the Involvement Center, 30 minutes before your signed up session time begins.
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and the color purple is used to symbolize peace, courage, survival, honor, and dedication to ending violence while the color orange represents a future free from violence against women and girls.
Join the Involvement Center and the Bridge to Hope in an event dedicated to raising awareness during Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Show your support and solidarity by having a professional stylist (Britt Sikora from Alchemy Salon Studio) install a strand of purple or orange hair tinsel. Each strand is intended to represent strength and a unified front in combatting domestic violence and gendered violence.

Food Drive Battle is a weeklong competition designed to provide food donations for the Stout Student Food Pantry on campus. The goal is to bring the most requested items at the end of the week. Crates will be provided for students to place their donations in the involvement center.

Register for the Homecoming Spirit Award Competition to Compete. Construction begins at NOON on Monday, October 21st, and continues until 3:30 pm on the MSC South Lawn. Soapbox cars will be judged at the MSC before they are transported to the race site (The Intersection of Wilson Ave & 2nd Street W). All students and public members are welcome to watch the construction and the race at 4 pm.
