Advisor Training on New Agency and Foundation Account Withdrawal Form
Student org advisors, there is a new online form for requesting payments from Agency or Foundation Accounts. A training on how to use this form will be held on Wednesday, March 20th at 12:30PM in the MSC Northwoods Room. To rsvp and for more details see below.
To request a payment using the new form, org officers should:
Complete the form with their advisor's name and it will be routed automatically to you for approval.
Select Agency or Foundation and it will then get routed to the proper account. Your org must have an agency or foundation account for this to work. Find out more about setting one up here.
You need the same items as before:
Purpose of the payment
Amount of payment
Who to make the payment to
Receipt
NOTE: For requesting the use of SSA funds you still need to request them within your funded event as always.
