Greetings Student Org Leaders!

Org Re-Registration kicks off next week on Monday, September 28th and there are a number of things you need to know. As a reminder, every recognized student organization is required to re-register their org annually to stay recognized for the academic year. 

Read on to make sure you're prepared!

2020 Re-Registration Dates
Monday, September 28th - Wednesday, October 7th
All parts must be completed within these 10 days.  

There are two parts to the re-registration process.

Part 1 | Re-Register on CONNECT

  1. One officer (typically the President) must update their group page on CONNECT and complete the org re-registration form. 
     
  2. Once complete, the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Advisor will all receive an email to confirm their position and submit the Advisor/Officer Agreement. Each of these four positions are required to submit the form.

Part 2 | Complete the Virtual Leadership Summit Course

Leadership Summit 2020
The Leadership Summit is going virtual! Student orgs will be able to access the Leadership Summit via Canvas beginning Monday, September 28th.

Each org is required to complete all four of the required modules no later than October 7th to remain recognized for the year. In addition, we encourage organization leaders to participate in live sessions offered throughout the org re-registration period to get all your student org related questions answered.  Those sessions will be advertised within the Canvas course.

Access to the course will be granted to all student org officers prior to September 28th. Please update your organization's officer list within CONNECT no later than Friday (9/25) at noon to ensure the appropriate people are given access to the Canvas course.

It’s important to note that the same officer does not have to complete all the modules, however; it is your org's responsibility to ensure an officer from your org completes each module by the October 7th deadline.
