Update Your Officers and Members on CONNECT

Student org officers and advisors,

The Involvement Center will be sending out biweekly student org updates and important Fall 2024 information starting in July. Please make sure the correct Fall 2024 officers are listed in CONNECT so that the correct people are emailed.

How to Update Your Officers

1- Go to your group's dashboard and click officers. Review the roster to make sure everyone is listed as a current officer and with the correct position.

2- To remove someone, unclick active officer. This will turn them into a past officer and remove their officer access. 

3- To add someone, click add officer and select their position.



4- You can check your past officers by clicking the current officers button and selecting the drop down option.

5- Make sure your current members list is correct. To check your member list, go to your dashboard and click members.

6- To make someone a past member, click the pencil icon and select an end date for their membership. Past members will no longer be in your group, but will have their involvement and achievements in the group on their profile. 

7- To delete a member, click the three dots next to settings and select delete. This will fully delete the person from your group. 

8- You can check your past members list located under current members. To turn anyone back into an active member, click the pencil icon to change their membership end date.
