Greetings Student Org Leaders!

We are loving the sunshine today and hope you are too!  Read on for a few reminders for this week!

Food During Meetings/Events

As a reminder to this year's COVID regulations, no personal food is allowed in meeting rooms or clasroom spaces and no food or drinks are to be shared among student org members.

Individuals may bring a personal beverage for hydration. However, personal food must only be eaten in the designated dining areas within the Memorial Student Center or Price Commons.    

Orgs that are in violation of this requirement during their meetings or events may face having privileges revoked for your student org.  We appreciate everyone's cooperation to keep our campus safe.

Event Prize Claim Form

If your student organization is funded for prizes in your budget from the SSA you must work with the Involvement Center to have a prize form completed.  A prize form needs to be routed and approved a minimum of one week BEFORE the event for the item(s) purchased to be reimbursed. 

Students are not allowed to complete these forms and must request assistance from Rhonda Rubenzer to submit it on your behalf. 

Please email Rhonda if you need a prize form submitted and include the following information:

  • PDF advertising the event
  • Event Name:
  • Event Date:
  • Describe the event and the objective of the prizes, awards or gifts:
  • Who is eligible to win? This should always be "Only Students"
  • How will the winner be selected?

After prizes are awarded to the participants, a gift card log must be completed and emailed to Rhonda Rubenzer.

The Qube has an opening for someone to work their front desk, help with events and programming, table at Campus Preview Days, and attend their weekly staff meeting. 

This person will need to be available to work the front desk Mondays and Wednesdays from 9AM-10:30AM and Fridays from Noon-2:30PM. Candidates without this availability may still be considered.

Priority will be given to those that apply by March 11th.
