We hope everyone is having a good week!  It's hard to believe April will arrive tomorrow!

Check out a few updates in regards to some lifted covid restrictions. blanket reservations and more!

Updated COVID Event Guidelines
 

As we continue to enter a more eased environment for the remainder of spring semester, we'd like to share a few of the restrictions that have been lifted for student organizations hosting events.

Please see the relevant updates below.

  • Student organization is no longer restricted to Wisconsin and the Twin Cities metro area.  The interim travel form is no longer needed.
  • Overnight events are now permitted.
  • Orgs no longer need to report guest names/contact information to the Involvement Center.  However, continue to track attendance of your members at all events/activities.

ALL events and activities are still required to go through the event registration and approval process.

Blanket reservation requests for FALL SEMESTER 2022 will be accepted starting Thursday, April 7th at 8:00 AM. Blanket reservations are student organization’s weekly/reoccurring meetings that reserve the same time and day every week of the semester for organization meetings.

To submit your student organization’s Blanket Reservation Request you MUST complete a CONNECT form.  Note: The form will not open until 4/7 at 8:00am and will be available next week. Please watch for future communication with the link to the form.

BLANKET RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE MADE USING EMS WEB APP.

  • Blanket Reservation Requests will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis only.
  • Blanket Reservation Requests will only be accepted from one authorized representative from each student organization.

  • Student organizations are only allowed a maximum of two blanket reservations per organization per semester.

Involvment Center is Hiring
