Women's and Gender Studies faculty Alison Lukowski and Rickie-Ann Legleitner will lead this presentation and discussion on the intersection of Halloween costumes, gender expectations, and rape culture.
This workshop, led by CEO Jen Torres from SimplyLead LLC, focuses on historical oppressive systems in America and how to become a driver for change; it is open to all UW-Stout students, faculty, and staff.
Outcomes

Join us for an enjoyable ride around the Menomonie area! We will have one group that will complete the Lake Menomin loop, an 8 mile route. And second group will ride a shorter 4 mile route.
Where: We will meet on our bikes between Bowman Hall (the clock tower) and Harvey Hall.
When: Monday evenings at 6 PM. The ride should take no longer than an hour.
All levels of experience are welcome and NO ONE will be left behind!

No waiting in line like most job fairs, instead you will have the opportunity to have a preset 15-minute interview with the companies of your choice. Attendees will also have the opportunity to earn a college scholarship at the event. When 5 or more students from your school interview at the event, the school's #1 draft pick receives a $500 scholarship. The #2 overall draft pick will receive a college scholarship worth $1,000. The #1 overall draft pick will receive a scholarship worth $2,500!

Join us for a thrilling ride through the Lake Menomin mtb trails! We will start with the Monday Move lake-loop group, but will branch off at the trails halfway around the lake and spend some time ripping through those!

This ride is for all levels of mountain bikers, but a bicycle with mountain bike tires is required!

The University Student Senate is the legislative body of the Stout Student Association and meets weekly to discuss university policy and shared governance, allocate fees, promote new initiatives in support of the students, and hear from campus leaders.
