This workshop, led by CEO Jen Torres from SimplyLead LLC, focuses on historical oppressive systems in America and how to become a driver for change; it is open to all UW-Stout students, faculty, and staff.
Outcomes
1. Participants will explore the history of
oppressive systems in America
2. Participants will experience a mini dialogue
and explore their experiences within these
systems of oppression through their
individual intersectional identities.
3. Participants will begin to co design new
ways of operating and re designing practices
towards inclusive systems
