A UW-Stout Student is considered any UW-Stout undergraduate or graduate student who is currently enrolled in one or more seg fee paying credit.

All membership prices are per person

All fitness memberships include access to the Health & Fitness Center, North Point Fitness Center, and Group Ex.

    Payroll Deduction

    Eligibility: UW-Stout full-time employees anticipating being at UW-Stout the entire academic year
    Sign up using this link:

    By opting into the membership payroll deduction, you are agreeing to have the total amount of your membership broken up into equal deductions from EACH paychecks from SEPT B/OCT A/FEB A (depending on when you sign up) through MAY A.

    Deadlines for starting pay period:

    SEPT B - 9/6/23

    OCT A - 9/20/23

    FEB A - 1/25/24 (membership will begin when current membership ends, if applicable)

    Fitness Center Memberships are only valid while you are a current employee at UW-Stout. You may not purchase a membership for a family member via the payroll deduction. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the case of medical or military leave. Please be sure to read all terms and policies in the waiver and on our website.

    Refund Policy

    1. As stated on the membership form and the online waiver, Fitness Center memberships are non–refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be frozen. This includes, but is not limited to, refund requests related to academic probation, dismissal, withdrawal, college transfer, internships, or suspensions.

    2. Refund will only be honored for medical reasons and military active duty. For medical refunds, a proof of medical issue from the doctor or hospital should accompany the refund request. For any refunds, a processing fee of $15.00 will be applied against the amount being refunded.
