Bad Bad Hats is an indie-rock band from Minneapolis, MN. Their music follows along the lines of classic pop and has unique additions that show the band’s perspective. As the band was starting out in 2015 with their first album, “Psychic Reader”, they caught the attention of listeners. Since its release, they have toured the U.S. repeatedly and have opened for artists such as Hippo Campus and Third Eye Blind. Their second album, “Lightning Round”, shows the band’s growth and how they’ve matured from their first release. This album also reveals a sense of playfulness with how experimental and fun it is. The Hats are now hard at work finishing their third album. Bad Bad Hats is for fans of The Greeting Committee, Sure Sure, and Girlpool.
The main mission is to create awareness around citizens who have privilege, and what we can do as citizens to create a community that is more inclusive and equitable.
