Cheer on the UW-Stout Women's Basketball Team as they take on Washington University in the first round of the NCAA Division III Tournament. The Memorial Student Center will be showing the game in the MSC Overlook Lounge and the MSC Heritage Lounge (bowling alley booth area). Game time is 5:30PM, Friday, March 1.
IF the Stout Women win, the MSC will be showing the round two game in the Fireside Terrace on the big screen, Saturday, March 2 at 8:00PM. (Opponent: Puget Sound or Carroll University).

Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) Training
Like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in a suicidal crisis. By learning QPR, you will come to recognize the warning signs, clues, and suicidal communication of people in trouble, and gain skills to act to prevent a possible tragedy.
This training will be available on campus for students on March 4 from 3-4:30 PM in the Oakwood Room of the MSC.
Unlike our usual Tuesday club meetings, we want to add an additional night on Thursday, February 29th. We want to welcome everyone to come give DND a shot, and hopefully gain more members for our club! Feel free to come and play, shadow, and learn more!

2-Factor: Out with the Old, In with the New
LIT is moving from DUO to Microsoft Authenticator and the first application that will be using Authenticator will be Microsoft 365. Beginning on March 19th, all users will use Authenticator when they log into all Microsoft 365 web based products including Outlook, Teams, Word, Etc. Users will continue to use DUO for all other applications at this time.

Spring break is approaching fast. Here are some safety and self-care steps that you can take to help you have a healthy spring break.
Safety
Travel with others: there is safety in numbers. If you are in a new place, or meeting new people, try to surround yourself with people you trust such as your family or close friends.
Stay hydrated: whether you’re in a warm place or just at home, now is a good time to focus on getting in enough water.
Wear sunscreen: protect you skin by wearing sunscreen. Even the March sun can burn the skin if you are outside for long periods of time.
Consume alcohol safely: If you are drinking, drink in moderation and be aware of your limits.
Self-Care
Here are some self-care ideas to engage in over break. Make it a goal to try one self-care things a day while you’re on break!
Cuddle with your pets
Watch your favorite movie with a friend or family member.
Drink a hot cup of coffee or tea.
Catch up on reading your favorite book.
Step away from screens
Get outside.
