FALL 2020 COMMENCEMENT THIS SATURDAY

Information can be found at UW-Stout’s Commencement page. The fall 2020 virtual commencement will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 and will be viewable on both Facebook and YouTube.

You are encouraged to join the ceremony premiere on YouTube, where you will be able to comment on the video using the chat feature and react to the content while watching along with others.

DO YOU NEED A NEW FINANCIAL GUARANTEE?

If you will be continuing your studies in the spring semester, please check the expiration date on your most recent Financial Guarantee. If your Financial Guarantee expires BEFORE the end of the spring semester, you must request an updated letter with an expiration dated May 12, 2021 or later!

SACM TRANSCRIPT ORDERS

If you were sponsored by SACM in Fall 2020, the OIE will request a copy of your Fall 2020 transcript on your behalf near the end of December. 

As a reminder: when your transcript request has been processed you will receive an email instructing you to download the document from a second email. You may need to check your spam/junk folder to see the second message. You have only 48 hours to download your transcript! Please download your transcript immediately as a pdf and submit it to SACM. 

SGX20: STOUT GAME EXPO AVAILABLE ONLINE

GX is all online this year with a virtual showcase of games and interactive experiences created by senior through freshman students of UW-Stout's Game Design and Development programs!

OIE WINTER BREAK HOURS

The Office of International Education is open through the Winter Break. Our services will continue to be offered virtually until further notice but please do not hesitate to reach out if you need assistance. 

Our hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Please note that the OIE will be closed for on following dates:

  • Friday, December 25 (Christmas Day)
  • Wednesday, December 30 (furlough day)
  • Thursday, December 31 (New Years Eve)

Dining Hours of Operation for Exam Week

Please note the adjusted hours for dining operations during exam week. All operations will have regular hours on Monday, December 14 and Tuesday, December 15 with adjusted hours beginning on Wednesday, December 16.
