In 1970, paranormal investigators and demonologists Lorraine (Vera Farmiga) and Ed (Patrick Wilson) Warren are summoned to the home of Carolyn (Lili Taylor) and Roger (Ron Livingston) Perron. The Perrons and their five daughters have recently moved into a secluded farmhouse, where a supernatural presence has made itself known. Though the manifestations are relatively benign at first, events soon escalate in horrifying fashion, especially after the Warrens discover the house's macabre history.
Looking for a way to spice up your mask collection? Join us for an hour where you can personalize your own. We will provide the supplies including a mask! Get creative, be put in a drawing for some free prize baskets and Stout gear and walk away with a Halloween treat!
Register for the event and be assigned to a team to compete with. This will be set up as a tournament style event so the first two teams will play each other, the next two teams will play each other and the winners of each will compete in the final round. Between rounds we will have a costume contest - after the 1st round a prize will be given for "Funniest" costume, after round 2 a prize will be given for the "best designed" costume. Particpate in either or both portions. Prizes will be given to winning team and candy will be sent home with all participants.

Seasoned comedy writers Joe Pickett (The Onion) and Nick Prueher (veteran of the Late Show with David Letterman) have teamed up to take UW-Stout on a guided tour of their absurd, and real, VHS collection. They have been featured on a variety of outlets such as The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, America’s Got Talent, Tosh.0, TruTv and Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
Their Frankenstein monster was created in 2004 and has since gone on to sell out hundreds of shows and been featured at events such as HBO Comedy Festival, Just For Laughs and even Bonnaroo.
Please join us as Joe and Nick resurrect these lost video treasures and serve them up in the funniest, craziest show since your roommates took turns showing random YouTube videos.
On 10/31 NAC will be meeting @ Dobbs Landing @ 1pm and will be working on multiple fronts to:
1. Clear away more buckthorn
2. Burn brush piles built over the last few events
3. Carve out more burn breaks
4. Collect more prairie seeds
The last workshop had 20+ participants- which is insane! We'd like to see a similar turnout next week! Be sure to message us with any questions you may have!

The McNair Scholars Program is open for applications.
The program assists undergraduate students from underrepresented backgrounds prepare for graduate school. The program is first and foremost a support system. Benefits of the program include: a $2,800 research stipend, a $1,500 summer housing stipend, and free graduate applications. If interested fill out attached application.
Stout University Foundation scholarship application for the 2021-2022 academic year is available online. There are more than 400 scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students. Both the application and one letter of recommendation must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m., Monday, February 1, 2021.

Flu Shot Clinic-Johnson Fieldhouse
ATTENTION Flu shots are available for $20 (charged to your student account) at the walk-in campus flu shot clinic in the Johnson Fieldhouse on Tuesday, October 27 and Friday, October 30, from 10am-3pm. We strongly encourage you to get your yearly flu shot as soon as you are able. This walk-in clinic is one convenient way.
