*LOCATION CHANGE -- MSC AMPHITHEATER*

Lost Stars is composed of Kansas City natives Charley Holden (guitar, bass) and Damian Malnar (vocals/keys). After playing in bands together in their hometown as kids, they re-connected in 2014 at Nashville’s Belmont University and began playing together for campus showcases. Eventually, in 2016, it morphed into what is now known to be Lost Stars. When Covid-19 struck the world, the guys kept their creative juices flowing. They wrote a slew of catchy songs that were then previewed on TikTok which quickly went viral, garnering millions of views and thousands of new fans. The band got back on the road through the south and midwest with the artist Day Tvvo, and plans to release more music and continue touring.
Join us on the MSC Amphitheater for another TNO with opener The Briefly Gorgeous starting at 8pm, and Lost Stars following at 9pm.

Mental Health Tips—Healthy Relationships

“In everyone’s life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.” – Albert Schweitzer

Relationships are so important in the human experience; not just romantic relationships, but consider the relationships you have with your friends, roommates, family, and other communities on campus or at home. The backgrounds and circumstances of students in college are diverse, and they are so important because they can teach us about different cultures, backgrounds, and points of view. College relationships can also turn into opportunities for personal growth, support, care and understanding. Here are some tips to consider:

  1. Respect—respect helps build a sense of safety, trust, and wellbeing in relationships.

  1. Boundaries— knowing when you need time and space is important. Saying ‘no’ is ok. True friendships are reinforced by having and respecting boundaries.

  1. Communication—allows for you to explain your emotions and experience with someone else and communicate your needs and expectations.

  1. Intentionality—be intentional about what your needs are and set aside time for yourself and others.
