Covid Vaccine Clinic

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services, AMI, and UW-Stout are hosting a vaccination clinic for UW-Stout students, staff, and their families. Anyone 12 and over can come to the clinic.  Minors must be accompanied by a parent. Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson and Johnson vaccines will be available. Boosters and first and second doses will be available. You can select a vaccine other than what was given for your primary vaccine.    There is no cost and no insurance information is needed.  Walk-ins are welcome.

Summer Housing Staff Positions Available

Are you interested in a Summer Job that guarantees 30-40 hours a week? Gives you a behind-the-scenes look at Stout? If so, you should work for University Housing this summer!  We have both full summer positions and a short-term May 11-May 21 (first two weeks after school) position.    

  • $11.25 per hour (staff who have worked for us for 2+ summers start at $11.50)  
  • A $2.00 hourly pay increase will be applied to all Housing Summer Staff members from May 11 through May 21, 2022 and from and from July 31 through September 4, 2022

EDI Office Seeking 2022-2023 Student Fellow of EDI, priority deadline March 28

The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Office is seeking applications for the student fellow of EDI. The position will start on September 7, 2022 to align with the start of the fall 2022 semester and will continue through the end of Spring 2023. Students who are/will be juniors, seniors, and Graduate students are encouraged to apply.  The student fellow of EDI will report to the new Assistant Chancellor for EDI. The student fellow will collaborate with the Executive Director of EDI, the Inclusive Excellence Action Plan Coordinator and the student and faculty fellows of EDI in support of university EDI goals and initiatives.
