Subject: Student Org Meetings and Events | COVID-19 Update

Dear student org leaders and advisors,


In follow up to today's email from Chancellor Frank, we'd like to take an opportunity to remind you how this impacts student organization meetings and events.

Noted in the memo it states, "All student organization meetings and programs scheduled from March 15 through April 5 are also cancelled."


Your reservation is currently in a cancellation status for that timeframe. We won't be able to take re-booking requests until after March 30th. Please be advised that after this date, it will be difficult to accommodate all re-booking requests. It is also wise to keep flexibility in mind for all events that you have planned for the remainder of the semester.


Please work with the appropriate reservation contacts for any future reservation requests or questions.
