Today’s college students are facing unprecedented levels of stress and anxiety. From social media to student loans, the pressure to adapt and succeed comes from every angle, and without the proper coping skills, students can easily feel overwhelmed and suffocated.

That’s where The Stress Test comes in.

This is not a lecture; this is a discussion customized to the specific needs and objectives of each campus with one goal in mind; for every student to know that they are not alone. Designed by writer, comedian, and educator Mike Finoia, The Stress Test takes a refreshingly interactive approach to addressing the ever-present stressors of collegiate and early adulthood life.
