Or, are you waiting to discuss it with them because you think they will have concerns or objections? Warm your apartments by turning on the ovens and whip up cupcakes with UW-Stout alumnus, Coltan! They'll teach you how to create Rainbow Confetti Cupcakes, a tasty favorite from their must-have book Spread Love (and buttercream).
Please view the event's File Attachments to find the Recipe and Baking Supplies you will need to follow alongside Coltan!
This event is first come first serve. If you would like a seat at this event we recommend showing up a couple of minutes early. There is no virtual link to this movie, it is an in-person exclusive.
Bitten by a radioactive spider in the subway, Brooklyn teenager Miles Morales suddenly develops mysterious powers that transform him into the one and only Spider-Man.
When he meets Peter Parker, he soon realizes that there are many others who share his special, high-flying talents. Miles must now use his newfound skills to battle the evil Kingpin, a hulking madman who can open portals to other universes and pull different versions of Spider-Man into our world.
Are you a Bingo fan? We have bingo nights happening every Wednesday of the semester. Join us on Teams to play virtually. Those lucky enough to get a BINGO (or two) can win virtual giftcards and prizes. Join us alongside your other fellow Blue Devils for a night of *virtual* fun!

Data from the survey will be used to develop short- and long-term goals for campuswide initiatives to enhance the campus climate. Giving yourself space to think, to feel, and to breathe
Take a seat - find a quiet calm space, and assume a comfortable seated position in which you can sit comfortably, either on the floor or a chair
Set a time limit - just starting out maybe try 5 or 10 minutes and slowly increase from there to 30 minutes or even more.
Notice your body - How do you feel? What things are happening, emotionally or physically? Is anything new showing up?
Have a set purpose - What are your goals for today? What are your intentions? Make sure to incorporate those into your practice and carry them throughout your day.
Notice your breath - feel the rhythm of your breath as it goes in and out of your body.
Notice if your mind wanders - let it happen but then after a few seconds bring it back to focus on your breath
Be kind to yourself - you won’t be perfect at it right away, allow yourself time to practice and improve
