As we honor Day of Silence, the Involvement Center invites you to join us in the giant ball pit in front of the Involvement Center. Students have the opportunity to get into the ball pit and spend as much time as they would like. You can also search for a ball containing an affirmation that you get to keep.
This is a silent event, so no talking will take place. It will be imperative that folks read the instruction on the QR code in order to participate thoroughly in this event.
We hope to see you there!

UW System Administrative Policy 625 Youth Protection and Compliance
UW System Administrative Policy 625 Youth Protection and Compliance went into effect in March 2023. The policy establishes minimum standards for protection of minors engaged in covered activities. UW-Stout has developed procedures to align and meet these needs. If your department engages with minors, please see the attached website to find out if the activity is a covered activity. After reviewing the scope of the policy, you will be walked through the steps you must take if the activity is covered. Note that covered activities include both university sponsored activites and third party activities where a department may bring an outside group to campus. In the event of a third party coming to campus and working with youth, the department(s) working directly with the third party have obligations to ensure the third party follows UWSA 625 and UW-Stout policy.
