Sunde embraces his influences, from smart, bouncy Paul Simon-y folk-pop to the earnestness of Jonathan Richman to the heartbreak and boldness of Nina Simone. 5. Helps you take time out and feel more relaxed - a break in nature will help you refresh, restart, and clear you mind

6. Improves your physical health - can’t forget about the positive physical impacts

7. Improves your confidence and self-esteem

8. Helps with the grief process - exposure to nature helps with coping, improved self-awareness, and positively affected mood

9. Improves creative thinking - proximity to green space restores capacity for concentration and and attention
