As the first in her family to attend college, Tianna knows what it’s like to juggle multiple majors, roles, and responsibilities while secretly struggling with anxiety, burnout, and perfectionism. One day, she discovered a term for what she was experiencing — “duck syndrome” — a common phenomenon where college students appear cool and calm on the surface while paddling hard underneath.
Lauren Eden is a wife, mom, ministry veteran, and second trimester Dilation and Evacuation abortion survivor. Lauren spent 19 years serving on three church staffs in the Atlanta area, where she focused her ministry on the next generation through her work in adult, student, and children's ministries. However, after finding out her abortion survival story as an adult, Lauren felt called to share her miraculous birth story.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidenced-based, early intervention course that teaches participants about mental health and substance use challenges. Participants will be able to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. It is required that you attend the entire 8-hour course and complete pre-course work that will take approximately 10-15 minutes. You will receive a certificate upon completion of course requirements.
These sessions are held in Tuesdays and Thursdays. They are designed to give athletes a chance to meet current team members and build skills. Whether you're new or experienced, open gyms are a great way to jump in, get moving, and see what we're all about.

NOW HIRING Math TLC Teaching Assistants (TAs) for 2026-2027. Math TLC TAs support students in MATH 80, 90 (Intermediate Algebra), 118 (Concepts of Math) and 120 (College Algebra) courses. We seek to employ qualified UW-Stout undergraduate or graduate students to work one-on-one with students in the tutor lab and serve as TAs in the classroom.
