Join UW-Stout Athletics and the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Office for a showing of the film "THE LEAGUE", followed by a presentation and Q&A with filmmaker Byron Motley!

Directed by Sam Pollard, THE LEAGUE celebrates the dynamic journey of Negro League baseball's triumphs and challenges through the first half of the twentieth century. THE LEAGUE explores Black baseball as an economic and social pillar of Black communities and a stage for some of the greatest athletes to ever play the game, while also examining the unintended consequences of integration.

Undergraduates invited to register for UW Symposium by March 15

Register by March 15 for the UW event “Symposium for Undergraduate Research, Scholarly, and Creative Activity” in Madison on May 3. The event is for undergraduates from all majors to present via poster, oral presentation, art/project display, or performance. ORSP will provide transportation and poster printing to selected students, who will also be asked to present at Stout's Research Day.
