Spring break is approaching fast. Here are some safety and self-care steps that you can take to help you have a healthy spring break.
Safety
Travel with others: there is safety in numbers. If you are in a new place, or meeting new people, try to surround yourself with people you trust such as your family or close friends.
Stay hydrated: whether you’re in a warm place or just at home, now is a good time to focus on getting in enough water.
Wear sunscreen: protect you skin by wearing sunscreen. Even the March sun can burn the skin if you are outside for long periods of time.
Consume alcohol safely: If you are drinking, drink in moderation and be aware of your limits.
Self-Care
