Subject: Week 10: Updates & Reminders from ISSS

Hi First_Name,

Week 10

It seems crazy to think just one month ago we were preparing for Spring Break which at the time was actually still Spring Break rather than "Spring Break". A lot has changed since then and now we find ourselves two-thirds of the way through the semester.

For those of you not in Menoms right now, yesterday we had temperatures of 15C and the afternoon skies were cloudless. Spring is finally on the way! Sadly, temperatures will drop a little over the next week or so but at least the winter is surely behind us, right?

So as we charge on to the final third of this bizarre semester remember that while we are all kind of alone right now, we are together in that; reach out to your friends and families, stay connected as much as you need to be to feel more normal. But remember, as well, that it is also okay to switch off. Try to get outside when you can, look after yourself, and reach out if you need support.

UW-SPROUT WANTS YOUR HELP

UW-Sprout (the campus garden) is working on making new recommendations and recipes for University Dining Services with the aim of helping identify better options that fit a wider range of students. They want to make sure that not only vegan and vegetarian students have more meal options, but also students who come from abroad.

If you would like to contribute either in conversation or recipe, please contact them directly at uwsproutgarden@uwstout.edu
