Blue Devil Productions is proud to present Knock at the Cabin. Join us in Applied Arts 210 for a FREE Movie! There are two showings: one at 6 pm and another at 9 pm! Feel free to bring blankets, food, and drinks!
While vacationing at a remote cabin in the woods, a young girl and her parents are taken hostage by four armed strangers who demand they make an unthinkable choice to avert the apocalypse. Confused, scared, and with limited access to the outside world, the family must decide what they believe before all is lost.
Bryan Barts of Career Services and Dr. Quin Brooks of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Office will be presenting on establishing a Polytechnic Pathway for Underrepresented Students at Stout. This is an effort to align the university’s EDI efforts with its Polytechnic identity. Students from marginalized backgrounds, and specifically BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color) and women and gender minorities, are disproportionately underrepresented in many areas with STEM being a major area of underrepresentation. We want to imagine this potential polytechnic pathway as a direct connection from our underrepresented students to our industry partners. Be part of the conversation on April 21, 2023 from 1:30-2:30 p.m. in the Gilbert Creek Room in Price Commons.
Hungry? Come down to Broadway at the bars on Friday night to indulge in some old-fashioned American hot dogs for a cause! HSMAI is fundraising for its yearly trip to the Adrian Awards and for member scholarships and would love to see you there! (Cash and card will be accepted as forms of payment.)
Queerspace is centered around LGBTQIA+ people who would benefit from a space that celebrates neurodiversity. The group will feature discussions of mental health topics, ways to healthily cope, on- and off-campus resources, venting, and just having a moment to relax and de-stress. Since the Qube is a Safe Space, there will be minimal talk of triggering topics. This is not a therapy group. There is not a licensed therapist (here) and this group (or program) should not be used as a replacement for therapy.
We will be meeting from 5-6:30pm in the Qube (121 PRCM) on February 27th, March 27th, and April 24th.

"Congratulations to our Forward and our Back of the National Qualifiers! ƒÆÖƒÅë
Taylor Mancl was selected as our forward of the tournament! She was a beast this weekend and although she got hit pretty hard, she got right back up and played even harder! This is her first semester playing rugby and is killing it out there!
Hannah Timm was selected as our back of the tournament! Hannah is the current President of the club, and this is one solid example of why. She is a powerhouse on and off the field, a outstanding leader, and puts all effort into making sure everyone is having fun.
