Maygen & The Birdwatcher are a six-piece Americana band from Minnesota led by singers and guitarists Maygen Lacey and Noah Neumann. The folk duo-turned-band draws on Maygen and Noah's diverse musical influences and vocal styles to bring their songs to fruition. With a spirit of adventure that makes it clear their fusion of country, folk, blues, bluegrass and rock 'n' roll is always fresh.
Join us for the last TNO of the semester with opener Jerrika Mighelle starting at 8, followed by Maygen & The Birdwatcher at 9.

Stout Impact Project Mugs are available 

The Stout Impact Project believes in the power of giving to strengthen our campus community. The proceeds of this year's exclusive travel mug will support the Student Emergency Fund. This fund provides financial resources to help students facing unforeseen hardship. Mugs are for sale online (for on-campus pickup) or during tabling events in the MSC.

Stout Game Expo is Dec 13

Stout Game Expo is Dec 13

The Stout Game Expo will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec 13, in the Memorial Student Center Great Hall and Ballrooms. Join students from every year of the BFA and Computer Science game design programs to play and celebrate their work! They'll share their tabletop, 2D, 3D, VR, and indie games and experiences. All exhibits are designed for play.

Check out a Minority Student Research opportunity offering financial support to students conducting mentored research now through next summer. Typical awards are $500-$3,000. Requirements include 3.0 GPA, an approved STEM major (see link), U.S. citizenship, and ethnic/racial heritage of at least 1 of the following: African American, Native American, Alaskan Native, Hispanic/Latino/a, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander. Strive for Five, a sustainable commute campaign, is open

Walk, bike or commute to campus using a non-greenhouse method at least five times a month to be eligible for a Strive for Five drawing for $10 in Chamber bucks. Every additional five carbon-free commute days reported will earn participants an additional entry. The drawing will close for November on Sunday, Dec. 10. Late entries will not be counted. Participants must live off campus to be eligible. Winners will be notified via email.
