CHEM 110-Online Science Course with Lab
Seats are still available in CHEM 110 - Chemistry in our World; a 4-credit natural science course with lab. Offered completely online this winterm. CHEM 110 focuses on the role of chemistry in our lives, it covers contemporary issues while introducing chemical concepts. Topics covered include portable electronics, radiation, climate change, water pollution, alternative energy sources, polymers, and plastics. The course is asynchronous and self-paced.

Opportunity to present at national conference
Each year the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) hosts 4,000+ students to share research and creative works in all fields. NCUR will take place April 13-15, 2026, in Richmond, VA. Students can apply to present via a poster, speech, film, visual arts, or performance. Learn more at the link and submit an abstract by Friday, December 5, 2025.
