Kristallnacht Memorial: Honor and Celebration

Memorial Student Center Great Hall

Kristallnacht, the Night of Broken Glass, the November Pogroms. Through November 9th and 10th, 1938, German Nazis coordinated a violent attack on Jewish people, homes, and synagogues, culminating in streets littered with broken glass and generational trauma that is still felt to this day.

Join the Involvement Center and Dr. Jacob Hellman for an evening of recognition and honor for those people and those families whose lives were permanently changed beginning that night of November 9th.

We will be enjoying traditional challah bread with your choice of butter, honey, or grape jam, and having intentional discussions on how all of us can do our part to keep nights like Kristallnacht from happening again.
