Stoutfitters Closed Feb 19
Stoutfitters will be closed on Wednesday, February 19 for staff to conduct a full-store inventory. The store will re-open on Thursday, February 20. Shop online anytime and get free in-store pick up.
Summer Assistant Positions: These positions include summer roadies, summer assistants, maintenance assistants, and transport assistants. Roadies is a one-week position that assists in getting the summer started. Summer assistants work in the hall and at the central office front desks to serve conference guests and students, as well as custodial and maintenance tasks to prepare for future guests and students. Maintenance assistants work to do summer hall maintenance. Transport assistants work with custodial material to prepare halls for students to arrive in the fall.
Compensation is $12.50 per hour (staff who have worked for us for 2+ summers start at $12.75) A $1.00 hourly pay increase will be applied to hours worked 6 am-9 pm on weekends. A $2.00 hourly pay increase will be applied to 9 pm-6 am hours.
On-campus housing is not included, however, Housing Summer Staff members are eligible to purchase an on-campus summer student housing contract for up to the duration of the summer. For more information please visit the Housing Gateway and select "Work for Housing."

Library Outstanding Service Award nominations are open
Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to nominate a UW-Stout library staff member who helped them in a meaningful way for the Outstanding Service Award.
Candidates must demonstrate one or more of the following: Substantive and continuing effort to improve library services/resources, Innovation, Work that has led to enhanced library services/resources, and outstanding customer service. Nominations are due by Tuesday, March 4th.
